We use USPS for standard deliveries and FedEx for express deliveries. USPS normally takes 3-7 business days for US deliveries and 10-14 business days for international deliveries. FedEx normally takes 2-3 business days. For a limited time we are offering free standard shipping.
Any international customs or import duties are imposed once the package reaches its destination country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient. We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Contact your local customs office for further information.
At this time we will only accept orders placed online.
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express credit cards. Additionally we accept debit cards with the VISA or MasterCard logo and PayPal.

Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not currently possible for you to change or cancel it. In order to get a full refund you must receive and mail the item back to us in the same “new” condition that you received it in “unopened”. We will provide you with a full refund but you must return the cancelled items at your cost. We can not issue a refund until the item is returned.
Once your order is displayed as ‘Shipped’ please remember to allow up to 5-7 working days for your order to arrive and 10-14 days for international orders. At busier times of the year, such as Christmas, postal services can slow down, so it may be necessary to wait a day or two longer before contacting us at email@example.com.

The Hurmoso online store uses secure server software over a Secure Socket Layer (SSL) line to protect credit card information. All personal and credit card information is encrypted so that that it cannot be read as it travels to an ordering system.
